Hostel Adventures

Singing "Someone Like You" by Adele, before we all decided it was too much of a downer and switched to Jason Mraz

We bought some Norman cheese at the farmer's market and were instructed to make a little hole, pour in some white wine, stick it in the oven and enjoy over baked potatoes (Five Stars!)

Where's Eli?

Kaki fruit and rosé by the pool

Diane and Mimi (close friend of Sophie's)

These two women have the most quirky personalities! They keep me in stitches constantly whenever they're around.

Another healthy breakfast

Last weekend was the annual marathon from Marseille to Cassis (15,000 participants!). I was too slow getting my camera ready for the first place guy - so here's the runner-up!

They ran around this corner of the port and crossed the finish line right before the beach

After receiving massages at one of the 20 tents set up at the finish line, the runners headed the five steps down to the beach to cool off. Not a bad set-up.

Being silly after the market

La Folle Quebecoise

I feel that the range of expressions here represents well how we feel throughout the course of a typical lunch here.
